Most of them are really good for you.
Remember, 3 servings of vegetables and 2 servings of fruit a day is used roughly the size of the palm of your hand to eat.
Nuts and seeds are allowed, but only 10 per serving (and I say, "why bother!) And the meat and dairy products are 2 servings per day or in the palm.
We are all different sizes so that your palm will tell you how to eat.
Do you drink is a drink with sugar is not good, but if you have kidney failure (like me), then you are only clear liquids, black, soft, like cola, coffee or black tea or severely limited. and only 1 day a quarter of everything that can liquefy!
No fried foods, and you should limit to 2 yolks per week of proteins (the whites are pure all you can eat. (I eat egg whites scrambled with no steering wheel)
Soups are great, but not boxy added salt and fat.

All diabetics process food differently. My numbers are higher if you like pineapple and two types of maize. Yams and sweet potatoes have no problem with. I agree with others, carbohydrates and would mean that research shows label cookies and crackers.

Everything is good in limited quantities. Remember, its starch into sugar is processed by your body, corn and potatoes. The natural fruit sugar, so limit them as well. Bread products are to be rich in carbohydrates convert into sugar.

Like all foods would you eat, eat the right way and not too much, as I see all these foods from the list for a diabetic to eat, to be good. And burn exersice appropriate. , thus keeping the lvl sugar.

Watch your carbohydrates and starch. So I would say stay away from sweet potatoes, sweet potatoes, noodles, tripe (especially cream) and biscuits. I eat nuts all the time! I also found, for me, raspberries and blueberries to my blood sugar levels low, such as grapefruit. Rose a little melon. The rule should be that everything you eat more protein than sugar. Good luck
